The breakfast room is open from very early to 11:30 am. Feel free to come in and help yourself to whatever's available.

There is complimentary wi-Fi throughout the property so you can stay connected throughout your holiday.

We do hope you will come and stay with us but if you need to cancel then you can do so at any time up to 14 days before your arrival date, at no cost.

Check in from 15:00 to 24:00. For later times, please contact Phoenix Rise Retreat. Check out by 10:30. One day prior to arrival, we will email the key safe code for access to the room keys. Key safes are at the front door.

If you or any guest staying in a room booked under your name cause damage to hotel property, including, bedding, towels, furniture or loss a hotel key then these charges must be paid prior to departure.

With 7 bedrooms available, our space can comfortably accommodate up to 14 participants.

We want all of our guests to have a relaxed and enjoyable stay at the Phoenix Rise Retreat and with that in mind, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an inappropriate manner. This extends to a guest or guests being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, abusive behaviour towards hotel staff or other guests or aggression. For the safety of all of those staying with us we may ask guests behaving in this manner to leave the hotel if a disturbance is caused. Should we eject a guest on these grounds refunds will not be given.

Phoenix Rise Retreat is not liable for the loss or damage of any guest property during their stay caused by the misconduct or negligence or a guest or an act of god, the establishment is not responsible for guest belongings, liable or responsible for any damage to guest vehicles whilst staying with us.

For parking, there's street parking and a small car park by the site's entrance. The top of the drive is reserved for temporary bag drops.

No Pets are allowed.

Our official website is the only booking platform where best rates are guaranteed. Should you find that your preferred dates are not available through our online system, please phone the hotel to access real-time availability. We accept cash in sterling (GBP) or all major debit and credit cards.

Perched on the southern slope of the Tor, Phoenix Rise Retreat stands directly south of its iconic tower. A leisurely 20-minute stroll from the town centre leads you to us. Simply set your course towards the Tor from town, passing the enchanting Chalice Well on your left. Continue your ascent up the A361 hill until you reach Ashwell Lane, nestled on your left-hand side. Coaches and buses conveniently arrive directly into Glastonbury. Travelers opting for trains will find Castle Cary station to be the nearest transit hub, located 17 miles from Glastonbury. Bristol Airport stands as the closest air travel option, situated 23 miles away.
